OmahaSolve is an educational poker training tool for Pot Limit Omaha. All chips are simulated. There is no real-money play, no wagering, no prizes and no gambling services of any kind. Solver output is an approximation and is provided for training purposes, not as advice of any sort; using real-time assistance on third-party poker sites may break their rules and is your responsibility.
The service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a subscription.
OmahaSolve is operated by a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom. Our trading name is OmahaSolve and our statement descriptor is OMAHASOLVE.COM. Our geographical address is available on request from omahasolve-support@googlegroups.com, which is also the contact address for all consumer-rights matters.
Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape or resell solver output, or interfere with other users.
Premium is a paid subscription billed by Stripe, monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings > Account > Manage or cancel subscription, which opens Stripe's secure billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and Premium continues to the end of the period already paid.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. By purchasing, you request immediate access to the service; if you cancel within the 14 days, we will refund you in full unless you have made substantial use of Premium in that time, in which case we may deduct an amount proportionate to the use. To cancel under this right, email omahasolve-support@googlegroups.com within the 14 days.
Beyond the legal right above, if something is broken or you believe you have been charged in error, email us and we will put it right. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
We improve the service continuously and features may change. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; the solver library grows over time and grading coverage varies by spot. If we ever discontinue Premium, remaining paid time will be refunded pro rata.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the service is provided as-is and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
